We understand that sometimes the post can damage our beautifully wrapped goodies. If this happens to your parcel please contact us and we will gladly replace it!
We can't believe that it would ever happen but if you don't want to keep the hot treat you receive please send it back to us. If we get an unused item that hasn't been hurt or mistreated, and has been packaged properly on return you will be entitled to a full refund.
The exception to all of the above is earrings, for hygiene reasons we obviously cannot accept returns on them.
