We will always endevour to be good hotcakers and deliver to you as soon as we can. We aim for it to take a maximum of 5 working days, whether by post for £4 or courier for a charge of £10 no matter how much you order. We have to order some products in from suppliers if this is the case with your order we will let you know, but delivery should always be within 2 weeks!
We are very careful about packaging to make sure you recieve your fabulous things in excellent condition.

Some hotcakers leave things to the last minute, if you're one of those please phone before you order and if possible we will arrange a next day delivery. This may cost a wee bit more but we will help as much as possible. To arrange this the order will need to be placed before 12noon. Remember we are closed on Wednesdays.
Surcharges, sorry
Delivery to anywhere north of Inverness, the Channel islands, Northern Ireland and the Isle of Man incurr an extra charge of £10 on top of the regular post or courier charges. Very sorry but it's such a long way away! International deliveries can be priced on request. BFPO addresses will be charged at the normal postage / courier rates.
